What if I’m not sure what ski is best for me?

Our ski professionals will walk you through every option, guiding you to your ideal pair.

Can I exchange skis in the middle of my trip?

Yes. If you happen to be at a resort where we have a retailer, you can exchange skis there. If there is no Bomber retailer, we can overnight new skis. (Additional costs may apply based on membership level.)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Your membership includes free shipping anywhere in the world. In order to get the models you want and ensure timely delivery, we encourage you to order at least one month in advance. (Note: Exceptions may apply to certain countries.)

Can I cancel my ski delivery?

Yes. If for any reason you need to cancel your ski delivery, please submit your cancellation request via email to bomberclub@bomberski.com. If the skis had to be shipped, a cancellation inside of 48 hours before shipping will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

Can I modify my ski delivery after I've booked the shipment online?

Yes. To request a new date or location for your delivery, please send us an email at bomberclub@bomberski.com. Please include the name on the order, your original pickup date and/or location, and the new requested pickup date and/or location.

Will I be notified when my skis have arrived at their destination?

Yes. Once your skis have arrived at their destination, you will receive a notification via email.

How do I pack my skis for return shipping?

Simply insert your skis in the plastic Sport Tube case in which they arrived. Seal the tube and close all zippers, buckles, latches are tight and secure. Place the shipping return shipping label (sent to your email) inside the clear luggage pouch and affix it to the Sport Tube case with clear packaging tape.

How and where do I drop my skis to have them picked up?

Simply schedule them to be picked up at your hotel, house, or workplace by emailing us at bomberclub@bomberski.com.*

BINDINGS

What kind of bindings come on the skis?

Bomber skis are the best in the world, and they deserve the best bindings. To that end, we partnered with some of the best binding companies in the world.

Will the bindings be compatible with my boots (Grip Walk, Walk to Ride, or alpine touring)?

Yes. Our bindings are multi-norm compatible (MNC) and will work with any alpine ski boot.

GIFT MEMBERSHIPS

Can I order a membership as a gift?

Absolutely. Our Bomber Club makes a unique gift that will allow your loved one to save time, maximize joy, and feel the Bomber difference. It’s perfect for those who have everything.

PAYMENT

Do you charge a deposit on a credit card?

Yes. we charge a $500 deposit that will be charged back to you once the skis have been returned to us.

Terms & Conditions

BOMBER CLUB Membership Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership in the BOMBER CLUB Membership Club (“BOMBER CLUB”) offered by Bomber Ski. (“Bomber,” “Bomber Ski,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the BOMBER CLUB and creating your BOMBER CLUB membership account, you (“Member” or “you”) agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment
By responding to an email invitation from us and creating a secure BOMBER CLUB account and completing check-out, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Membership Terms and Conditions.
Membership dues are billed to the payment method selected at checkout.
Memberships are currently open to people 18 years of age and older and are non-transferrable.

2. Membership Fees and Commitment
One-time Enrollment Fee.
Ongoing yearly Membership Dues.
Membership maybe cancelled at any time with at least 7 days notice before the next billing date.
Upon membership cancellation, Members must return the skis.

3. Account Creation and Access
A secure Member account must be created to activate the Membership.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Unauthorized account access may result in suspension or termination of Membership.

4. No Refunds; Membership Termination
All Membership fees are non-refundable.
Membership may be terminated by BOMBER for breach of these Terms or misuse of benefits.

5. Failed Membership Payments
In the event BOMBER does not receive, or is unable to process, your membership payment, we will alert you and your membership will be inactive until a payment is made.
If payment is not received within 60 days, your membership will be terminated immediately with no refund.

6. Disclaimers
BOMBER provides the Membership “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
BOMBER expressly disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
BOMBER makes no guarantees as to the availability, duration, or quality of any particular product, trip, event, or benefit.

7. Limitation of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOMBER’s total liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or relating to the Membership shall be limited to the total Membership fees actually paid by the Member.
BOMBER is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or personal injury.


8. Third-Party Products
BOMBER assumes no liability for defects, injuries, or damages caused by third-party products.
BOMBER can only handle returns of BOMBER products.

9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with BOMBER’s Privacy Policy.

10. Force Majeure
BOMBER shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, weather conditions, labor disputes, supply chain disruption, government actions, pandemics, or other emergencies.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

12. Modifications
BOMBER may update or modify these Terms at any time upon notice to Members. Continued participation in the Membership following such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BOMBER regarding the Membership and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings.

By creating a BOMBER CLUB account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
