WHERE CRAFTSMANSHIP MEETS PERFORMANCE
At Bomber Ski, we take a different approach to ski production–One that is rooted in craftsmanship and a relentless pursuit to exceed the expectations of the most discerning skiers. Master craftsmen hand-craft every pair of Bomber skis in our own factory in Cossato, Italy.
Our factory is an atelier of artistry eschewing mass production. Each ski model is made in limited runs to ensure the finest quality and pure performance with expertise that reflects centuries of dedication, precision, and the pursuit of perfection. It is a level of quality that simply cannot be achieved in industrial production. Our lead design engineer, with over 40 years of experience, works alongside artisans who are given full creative freedom to source the best materials and pursue all possible means of creating the best skis on earth.
At Bomber, we treasure time-honored techniques and the world’s finest materials, combining them with cutting-edge innovation, design and technology, driven by a singular purpose: to create skis with performance that transcends the ordinary, to ensure every pair has a level of quality usually reserved only for Olympic Champions. It takes three days to craft every pair of Bomber skis, with each step meticulously executed by hand. Every detail is considered, every material is carefully selected, and every design is perfected to ensure flawless performance.
Our skis are designed not just to perform, but to inspire—to transform each descent into a memory, each turn into a revelation. This is why we take the time, the care, and the heart to craft every pair as if it were destined for family, because we view the Bomber community as part of our family. Whether you are an expert skier seeking the ultimate carve or a recreational skier that treasures the alpine life, Bomber skis elevate your experience, exceeding your own expectations, empowering you with confidence and control to conquer the mountain.
We Aim BeyondTM with every detail, approaching the design, engineering, materials, and artistry with a relentless pursuit of perfection. Bomber skis redefine what’s possible on the mountain—making every run one to remember. We don’t just build skis—we craft equipment to connect you more deeply to nature, to skiers who share your passion for the alpine life, and to the joy of the journey itself.
SUPERIOR MATERIALS, UNCOMPROMISING QUALITY
Great skis begin with the finest and most innovative materials and components. At Bomber, we source only the best-performing and most technologically advanced components in the world, ensuring that every ski delivers exceptional power, responsiveness, and stability. Unlike mass-produced skis that rely on pre-milled, one-size-fits-all components, every Bomber ski is measured, cut, and assembled by hand, ensuring an exact fit and unmatched precision.
We approach our topsheets like works of art, but they’re functional, too—every material serves a purpose. Every ski starts with a full wood core that spans from tip to tail, which is the heart of a ski and is responsible for the way it feels underfoot. Wood cores offer excellent rebound, responsiveness, stability, liveliness, and durability. When it comes to laminates, or reinforcing layers, we choose only the highest quality materials usually employed in skis made for elite alpine racers:

CARBON FIBER
We source and incorporate the highest quality carbon fiber, providing lightweight strength, tortional rigidity and maximum responsiveness, ensuring dynamic performance.

ALUTEX FIBER
We source and incorporate the finest alutex fiber, exclusive to Bomber, our Smart Flex Alutex fiber provides the versatility of a full quiver in a single pair, powerfully responsive when charging and effortless when cruising.

TITANAL
We source and incorporate the finest titanal, an aluminum alloy, that is used for vibration dampening and superior stability, crucial for high-speed precision.

ABS SIDEWALLS
Reinforces power transmission, improves torsional rigidity, and absorbs vibrations for an ultra-smooth ride.

CUTTING AND SHAPING
We tailor the type of wood to each ski model, mixing lightweight woods with stiffer hardwoods depending on the performance we want to achieve for each terrain and desired ski preference. We create, measure, cut, shape, and assemble each wood core by hand for every ski, because the industry standard pre-milled cores are not precise enough for us. Our master craftsmen are Italian artisans whose expertise is a point of cultural legacy.

PRESSING
We layer our materials into the ski press by hand, altering the materials and radius with each length. With a unique build for each size, we can ensure every model is tailored precisely to the skier’s ability level. Longer skis are built to be stiffer and stronger for bigger or more aggressive skiers; shorter skis are built to be more forgiving.

TESTING
Before we put any new model in the market, we test it for two years in every snow condition and terrain to ensure it performs for every customer and every ability level. Our chief engineers have more than 40 years of industry experience, and until they’re satisfied with the finished product, it’s still a work in progress. We relentlessly pursue perfection, and we will not settle for anything less.

FINISHING
Our quality control is unsurpassed—we analyze flex, camber, rocker, and tunes on every ski before we approve it for shipping. Every ski goes through the experienced hands of our master craftsmen before it’s approved by our chief engineers, a process that takes three days for every pair. We embed each ski with an NFC chip that includes the ski’s serial number—which is also hand-engraved on the sidewall—and tuning information, which allows shops to restore the skis to their original factory tunes.
