Bomber Athlete Jeremy Cota Was Top U.S. Mogul Skier at Calgary World Cup

Bomber Ski athlete Jeremy Cota was the top mogul skier on Team USA at the FIS Freestyle World Cup in Calgary on Saturday, finishing just shy of the Top 10 in the most heated competition of the year. Canadian Mikael Kingsbury, who has dominated the season so far by margins of 10 or more points ahead of the closest competitor, finished in the lead just one point ahead of runner-up Phillipe Marquis and just 12 points ahead of Cota.

Despite skiing so hard he broke a pole in the first competition of the year, Jeremy has fought his way back into contention with two strong performances over the last two weeks, pulling himself into the top 20 worldwide on the strength of just two competitions. A season's best could put him back into the top 10, a place the veteran is used to holding.

You can watch Jeremy compete again at the Deer Valley FIS World Cup taking place this weekend, with mogul events taking place Feb. 4-6. All events take place in the evening and are open to the public. During the day, you can test-drive Bomber skis at Park City Mountain or Deer Valley Resort through Gorsuch, which now offers Bombers for sale and demo.  See all Bomber demo and dealer locations
