We are committed to producing skis of the highest quality that allow skiers of every level to ski to their full potential, whether they are discriminating weekenders or World Cup competitors. Using the most advanced technology, superior Italian craftsmanship and the finest materials, Bomber skis are designed and hand-crafted to maximize performance and ensure smoother, safer skiing in all conditions -- no matter your skiing level. Every Bomber ski is built with the technology and expertise previously reserved solely for the World’s Olympic Champions. Bomber is the ultimate introduction to an exclusive alpine world, because we love skiing as much as you do.
Each pair of Bomber skis is crafted by hand in our boutique factory outside Cossato, Italy (a rarity in the industry), and does not produce for any other brand. The highest level of care and attention to detail is used in the production of every pair. Such exclusivity breeds excellence -- small production runs, unique custom graphics and complete quality control. At Bomber Ski, a team of passionate master craftsmen uses only the finest materials – from high density sintered base material for maximum glide, to premium Titanal that imparts Bomber’s consistent tip-to-tail flex. The all wood core construction uses sandwich construction, pre-bonded ABS sidewall and traditional camber, combined with the very finest quality carbon steel – in every pair. Bomber’s edges are of the highest quality of steel and enable dramatically more control on ice, to ensure safety and fun even when conditions are less than optimal. The end result? Greater on-snow performance, control and safety. Our sole focus is to design and produce the best skis for the ski enthusiast, regardless of their level of skiing. Bomber is proud of its association with Olympic and World Cup champion Bode Miller. Bode is an integral part of Bomber’s design, development team and ultimately the passion that goes into each pair of Bomber Skis. Bode skis exclusively on Bomber skis.
Something of an on-snow prodigy, Julius started skiing at the age of two in his parents’ garden. By six, he competed in his first alpine race and by 15 he was all about the moguls. His passion propelled him straight to the German National Youth Team. Julius has successfully clocked up several seasons competing on the World Cup Tour and, last winter, earned a top 20 finish and a National title. Apart from fun time in the terrain park and in the powder, Julius continues to compete in World Cup and National Championship events worldwide.
“I did my first backflip on snow at 13 and now my favorite jump is a back full, one of the most difficult for female mogul skiers,” Laura tells us. With nine Europa Cup podiums, numerous World Cup top-10s, and a good run at the 2014 Sochi Olympics under her belt, Laura’s future is literally taking flight. When not bashing bumps with Olympian prowess, this 10-time German Champion is pursuing a Masters in Molecular Biotechnology – a perspective which naturally gives her extra insight into the advanced technology that goes into each pair of her beloved Bomber skis.
K. C. OAKLEY
The fast-footed mogul prodigy from California, K. C. Oakley is Queen of the Bumps. A shining member of the U.S. Ski Team for seven years, she has earned 24 top-10 World Cup finishes, as well as winning World Cup Rookie of the Year and the U.S. Championships. Following a temporary hiatus due to injury, K.C. used the 2017 season to rebuild her strength. Nothing’s gonna stop this University of California Berkeley grad, armed with an MBA and a winning attitude. “I’m healthy, confident, focused and have every intention of climbing the Olympic podium in 2018. And I’ll be lifting my favorite Bomber skis high in the air when I do.”
On skis from the spritely age of three, Sophie Weese earned her place on the German Junior Freestyle Team by the age of 12. Soon after, she was competing in the Europa Cup and earning National Junior Championship gold in single moguls, along with or in addition to two National Junior Championships in dual moguls. Sophie’s goal for the coming season? An 18th birthday and her first World Cup season. With that kind of drive and passion, Bomber’s got her back.
